Lock down the master branch.
Branch for each convention.
Branch for each issue.
PR issue branch into next convention's branch. Requires either @libbyswanger or @afrozenpeach to approve.
PR convention branch to master branch to release. Requires both @libbyswanger and @afrozenpeach to approve

Can we rename the master branch? I mean, the feature is there. I want to do it. I hate the term master. What do we rename it?
