VS 2022 Build! V0.10.5 in-dev branch

While on the road to v0.11.0-rc0, I got a bit cramped using the older tools.
Now builds on VS2022 and works for the x86 qemu target. Just use the "Debug/win32" build options (the rest I haven't really worked over).
