OGM

OGM creates a Belgian style "gestructureerde mededeling".
If no input string is given, a random OGM is generated.

Usage
-----

    ogm 192.005050
    => +++192/0050/50005+++
          ^^^^^^^^^^^

    ogm 5641
    => +++564/1000/00017+++
          ^^^^^

    ogm
    => +++327/2100/00067+++

Installation
------------

Put the file ogm in your path and make it executable.
E.g.:

    mv ogm /usr/local/bin
    chmod +x /usr/local/bin/ogm
