This PR optimizes the instruction word count for the devops-engineer profile by resolving a redundancy in the "CORE DIRECTIVES" section. The explicit sub-headers "1.1 Automation Over Manual Ops" and "1.2 Zero Downtime & Reversibility" have been folded directly into the primary top-level bullet points. This shrinks the editable body of the persona by ~14% while retaining full strategic intent and strictly preserving the "Mandatory Protocols" block. The fix is surgically applied across agents/devops-engineer.md and all duplicated shims in docs/ and integrations/. Tests via smoke.sh and mkdocs build completed successfully.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 12198319797327421970 started by @GalihRensuke

- Removed redundant "Automation" and "Reversibility" text headers from `devops-engineer.md`
- Compressed execution rules into the main bullet points, reducing token count by ~14%
- Applied optimization to `agents/`, `docs/`, and all relevant `integrations/` copies (codex, claude-code, gemini)
- Preserved all Mandatory Protocols intact
