Source LaTeX, raw model outputs, judge logs, evaluation scripts, and frozen-version DOIs for every accepted paper in the Foundation AgenticOS research portfolio.
The FAOS Research Programme is the empirical research arm of the Foundation AgenticOS platform. We study how ontology-grounded, neurosymbolic, and context-engineered agent systems behave under the conditions enterprises actually face — regulated industries, multi-agent coordination, verification under uncertainty. The programme is run by Thanh Luong Tuan and a rotating bench of co-authors and chairs, with empirical work executed against the live FAOS platform across 22+ industry modules. We run our lab in the open: every accepted paper ships with reproduction artifacts under MIT licence.

Programme policy (2026-05-17): Paper PDFs, LaTeX source, bibliographies, and arXiv submission tarballs are mirrored to this repository ONLY after the canonical version is live on arXiv or accepted by a journal. The repository's purpose is reproducibility scaffolding; pre-arXiv distribution short-circuits the canonical-version-on-arXiv discipline.

This is the programme-level reproducibility commitment. It replaces the v0.1 per-paper staged-release policy with a single uniform contract.
The FAOS dissertation manuscript and topic proposal are not public research artifacts and will not appear in this repository. The empirical papers above are independent research outputs that may share co-authors with dissertation work but are scoped, written, and released as standalone contributions.

Embargo placeholder directories contain only a README.md with the paper's working title, authors, status badge, ETA, and research-question teaser. RA-15 now publishes its complete synthetic reproducibility bundle while keeping the pre-arXiv PDF and LaTeX private under the same canonical-version policy. RA-4 has advanced to an arXiv-ready status page, and RA-12 remains preprint-pending; their paper artifacts are added only after arXiv posting. The arXiv-live directories (RA-3, RA-6) ship reproduction code, ontologies, and summaries; their canonical paper PDFs live on arXiv.
