Fixed RDMA ACK-writeback registers in cnfg_slave_avx.sv

Description

📝 Applied the fixes for RDMA ACK writebacks we figured out earlier to cnfg_slave_avs.sv so that it now allows to poll for RDMA ACKs instead of only local WRITEs / READs.
