In the previous estimation, there was no distinction between the set of models used for the 2FE estimation ("estimation set"), and the set of models to be ranked ("ranking set"). This PR introduces a distinction between these two concepts by sampling a fraction
fe_models_fracof models in the 2FE estimation step.
