fix(a380x): add delay between auto step events

Summary of Changes

Adds a slight delay between the auto step fcu events.
Fixes º showing on the FCU while in managed heading.
Adds "NEW CRZ ALT" message when CRZ FL is changed due to limitation of FCU selection.
