Test Mini EQ routed-stream relink recovery

Summary

This draft PR is for a Flathub CI test build of bhack/mini-eq#28. It is not intended to merge until the original bug reporter has tested the build against the Chrome/YouTube workflow from bhack/mini-eq#27.

The only manifest change points Mini EQ at commit 4d41db4cdd0fdc6310d538f51d14cf715e1bcb75, which adds recovery when an already-routed stream is relinked away from Mini EQ or loses its active link.

Validation

• Upstream app PR: Recover routed streams after PipeWire relink bhack/mini-eq#28
• Local native headless smoke passed with forced relink recovery.
• Local Flatpak smoke from this commit passed with the new relink phase.
• Released Flathub 0.8.1 fails the new relink phase, confirming the smoke covers the reported failure shape.
• flatpak run --command=flatpak-builder-lint org.flatpak.Builder manifest io.github.bhack.mini-eq.yaml

Testing request

Once Flathub CI publishes the PR test build, please install that build from the bot-provided link or command and test the original long-running browser playback scenario before toggling Mini EQ routing manually.
