JOB-GRANTER is an autonomous, agentic system designed to streamline and supercharge the job-hunting process. Built on the philosophy of Compounding Engineering, it moves beyond simple automation to create a persistent, evolving professional knowledge base.

• Profiler: Ingests raw files (CVs, Portfolios, Code) and maintains the Master Profile (Single Source of Truth).
• Hunter: Scrapes and audits job boards globally (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Boss Zhipin). It uses a "Constitutional Audit" to filter matches based on a deeply encoded persona.
• Strategist: Reads the JD and Master Profile to "reshape" the professional narrative, applying high-impact frameworks like the Google XYZ Formula.
• Designer: Converts strategic narratives into aesthetically perfect, print-optimized HTML materials using Swiss Modernist design principles.
• Boss (Orchestrator): Manages the lifecycle and triggers the "Auto-Sync" loop.

• Python 3.10+
• Requirements: pip install -r requirements.txt

Usage

Run the main orchestrator:

python main.py

1. Auto-Sync: A one-click loop that syncs your latest profile data, hunts for new jobs, and prepares the strategy brain.
2. Exploration (Hunter): Discover high-signal leads across global markets.
3. Strategist: Generate tailored resumes and cover letters.
4. Designer: Perform high-fidelity visual rendering and website update proposals.
