🧠 About Me

I'm a PhD researcher and ML and Biomedical engineer with 6+ years of experience at the intersection of deep learning, computer vision, and biomedical signal processing. Currently pursuing my doctorate at the Ernst Strüngmann Institute (ESI) & Goethe University Frankfurt, where I build multi-camera systems for markerless 3D pose reconstruction in neuroscience research.

  • 🎥 Markerless 3D Pose Reconstruction — A 6-camera (Basler) end-to-end deep learning system achieving sub-millimeter accuracy, reducing manual annotation effort by ~80%
  • 🧬 Neural Data Analysis — Processing large-scale spike trains and behavioral data with Python pipelines on Linux HPC clusters
  • 🏷️ Multi-View Video Clustering — High-dimensional labeling framework using NVIDIA DALI for real-time GPU data pipelines
