As a volunteer, I want to be able to adjust the time that I can spent volunteering, so that I can fit my involvement to my free time.

Right now we only ask for hours when signing up as a volunteer. It is very likely to happen, that a volunteers available time will change in the future. This should be an option in the profile.

When designing this, please also see / claim issue #30 as it handles another change to the availability.
