As a volunteer, I want to be able to conveniently choose the amount of hours I can volunteer, without running into a problem when selecting the number.

Right now this is a short text field. Another option might be a dropdown but the best would be a stepper.
Please note that whatever is decided for this issue needs to be reflected in issue #28 as well.
