Summary

I was looking to try to contribute and noticed the link on the Readme towards the good first issue label did not work as intended.

This PR updates the link to use GitHub's supported label query format with quotes, so it correctly filters and displays issues tagged with good first issue.

See below for screenshots.

How did you test this change?

Tested the updated link in both Chrome and Safari, confirming it now opens two currently open issues with that label.
