Existing capabilities in
ezmsg.sigproc.filterenable application of FIR filters, but they must be pre-designed which requires a-priori knowledge of the signal's sampling frequency. Filter design modules for FIR filters (firwin) are not implemented currently.This PR adds two new filters:
