The dependencies in the test runner are regularly being updated. If there are exercises in the track repo that depend by default on outdated versions of these libraries, that could lead to confusion and even failed test runs. We will be able to run this test whenever a commit is pushed to the main branch of the test runner repo, notifying us that we should update the track repo.
