翻訳にご参加いただける方が出てきたので、先に作業ガイドをリリースできるように進めます。
これを見れば翻訳PRをレビューに出すまでの一通りがわかるようにしたいです。
そのために、issueの扱いに少しルールを設けたいと思います。
