This PR removes the logic for adding
FidesConsentModeevents to thedataLayer. SinceFidesReadyis now pushed to thedataLayerby Fides JS, we now trigger anupdateConsentevent immediately afterward, such that consent mode is updated by the timeFidesInitializedis evaluated.
