Pull request overview
Updates the project README to better document dlms_parser capabilities and provide a user-facing API reference and examples.
Changes:
- Expands the feature list (transport auto-detection, crypto backends).
- Reworks custom AXDR pattern documentation and adds an API reference section.
- Adds examples and logging documentation; replaces TODOs with PlatformIO / ESP-IDF links and adds acknowledgements.
