This release is now deprecated and no longer maintained. The newest release, v8.01 includes a new, and compatible release that greatly enhances functionality.

The initial Release Candidate v1.0 branch has now been merged into the master branch for open use by any community in planning to replicate the success of the Universal Community Planning Tool (UCPT) framework under the GPLv3, open source license.

Additional details about installation, customization, and modification of this source for replication of the UCPT framework in your community will be available over the course of the next several releases, with a prioritization on customization geared for the first several release updates.

Thank you for the support and the overwhelming demand for this open source project. Our team is extremely hopeful that this release is an opportunity for numerous open source population health programs to sprout from and capitalize on the amazing WordPress and BuddyPress digital frameworks.
