* Adding AC & DC HLC tests to core_tests/startup_test * Fixing race condition with reset_powermeter. It can happen that powermeter is reset and the 0 kwh is published to the EvseManager. Changed reservation handling in EvseManager: * Signaling reservation end after Signaling Disabled event.
