This reverts commit 686bd25. EOS has upgraded gnome-initial-setup to 48.1. To avoid interactively query the user for basic settings at first boot in text mode, add `systemd.firstboot=no` into kernel args by reverting 686bd25 "Remove `systemd.firstboot=no` from kernel args".
