This PR adds basic timer support (manual handling currently), it implements a hill-climbing algorithm to find the right parameters (if there is a better way, please let me know).
Additionally it add PLL clock support for the G-series MCUs, using the same algorithm.
This PR is still being tested, and I'm currently unable to run the integrated tests, I couldn't find documentation on how to do so.
