- Introduced a new Makefile target `get-heighliner` to install the heighliner tool.
- Updated the GitHub Actions workflow to run `get-heighliner` before building the local Docker image and running end-to-end tests, ensuring the necessary tool is available for the testing process.
- Introduced a new GitHub Actions workflow for running end-to-end (e2e) tests, triggered on pull requests and pushes to the main branch.
- Removed the e2e test execution from the unit testing workflow to streamline the testing processes and ensure separation of concerns.
- Updated the unit testing workflow name for clarity, now explicitly stating it runs unit tests and uploads coverage.
