Adds root README files for all six enabled BACH languages: English, German, Spanish, Russian, Japanese, and Chinese.
Adds crawler-friendly language entry points under docs/i18n//README.md.
Promotes the verified language snapshot: de, en, es, ru, ja, zh with 17,407 translation entries.
Bumps package metadata and documentation references to v3.12.4-earth.
