Tests currently fail due to a Podman bug with handling dependencies containers/podman#26193 (fixed in 5.6.0).

Works fine locally on Debian with Podman 4.3.1 (I'm probably just lucky).

I don't see a good workaround for now. We could potentially get rid of the compose component alltogether and use only standard docker/podman commands (not sure how to deal with healthchecks in this case..), but that would require a larger refactoring.
