[vsphere] fix flaky log test

Updated expected data for vsphere log tests. The issue is due to added support of RFC3164 timestamp (e.g. Oct 17 09:57:53) which doesn't have year info which makes parser to default to current year.

Parent issue is referring to a different test failure but that one got fixed by merging this PR. After looking into this I've noticed that there is another vSphere related test failure so this PR fixes it.
