Summary
This adds the ability to build the new docs site when the
websitedirectory is available on a branch. It must be merged tomainto get Buildkite to run the updated code on ourfeat/new-docsfeature branch.QA
QA will be done manually by checking Buildkite behavior after merging this PR to
main.
