• Atom labels are drawn in font-independent manner (not using index chars any more)
• Atom labels can include abbreviations, like Boc, TMS etc. (or alternatively, custom text, that need not to be chemically relevant)
• Atom labels can now be treated as linear formulae, so OCH2CH2CONHCH2CH2OTf is valid, and interpreted properly
• Linear formulae can be expanded (context menu -> P) into complete structures (note: proper support depends on SMILES support that does not work well now to draw cycles). Mol file format does not support abbreviations. They need to be expanded. Other formats may support abbreviations.
• Labels can be edited by pressing Enter over label, or by context menu -> E.
