fix: Weather pages failing on incomplete forecasts - #673
Fixed the weather forecast pages failing to load, and the Blueprint automation stopping with a template error, when the weather provider's forecast had no low temperature for a day. The lowest temperature of the day is now used instead (fix: Weather pages failing when a forecast day has no low temperature #671).
The minimum temperature of a day now also considers forecast periods without a low temperature, such as hourly periods or the night period of twice-daily forecasts. Before, it was taken only from the periods that had one, which could show a minimum higher than the forecast.
Performance
The weather pages now use far fewer templates, bringing the Blueprint below 1,024 distinct templates, the size of Home Assistant's template cache. This reduces the load on Home Assistant, especially with several panels. Nothing changes on the panel (improve: Render weather page variables as single templates #669).
Renders weather_units and parameters on the weather pages as one template each, instead of one template per field, cutting 27 distinct templates. Adds an equivalence test for the weather pages variables. Related to #657 and #636.
The Blueprint now filters weather forecast data to numeric values and formats weather parameters through shared unit handling. A comparison script checks rendered weather-page output against the target-branch Blueprint. The pull-request workflow runs equivalence checks when applicable.

Summary
Weather value selection and formatting nspanel_easy_blueprint.yaml, docs/blueprint.md
Weather units use entity values when available and field-specific defaults otherwise. Forecast calculations include numeric values only. The documentation describes omitted nonnumeric values and how temperature minimums are determined when a low temperature is absent.
A comparison script renders target and candidate Blueprints against mocked states and compares weather units and displayed values, including deterministic forecast cases. The requirements file pins Jinja2, and the usage instruction points to the pinned dependencies.
The workflow detects changes to equivalence-test scripts and runs matching tests against the target-branch and PR Blueprints unless the behavior-change label is present. Label changes also trigger pull-request checks, and checkout does not persist Git credentials.

The Blueprint now safely ignores missing or non-numeric forecast values, falls back to daily minimum temperatures when low forecasts are absent, and consolidates weather templates to reduce cache usage without changing panel output. CI adds broad weather equivalence testing, label-controlled behavior-change handling, and pinned Jinja2 dependencies.

Files
Make weather forecast rendering tolerate incomplete and non-numeric provider data.
Filter forecast fields with the numeric-value test before aggregating or selecting values.
Use the day's minimum valid temperature when no valid low-temperature entries exist.
Preserve empty results for fields with no valid values so pages continue rendering.
nspanel_easy_blueprint.yaml
Reduce Blueprint template usage while preserving weather panel output.
Generate weather units through a single loop with per-field defaults.
Build weather parameters with a macro and one structured template instead of separate templates per field.
Retain field visibility, formatting, icons, ordering, and compact-unit behavior.
nspanel_easy_blueprint.yaml
Add automated equivalence coverage for weather-page refactors.
Compare units and panel-sent values between the target branch and the change across missing entities, unit variants, forecast values, and compact display modes.
Run all equivalence scripts in CI unless the behavior-change label explicitly permits differences.
Rerun Blueprint validation when the skip label is added or removed.
##?: The weather-page refactor directly advances the issue’s template-reduction goal, bringing the Blueprint below 1,024 distinct templates.

**Forecast regressions pass CI**
When a future change breaks forecast filtering or the low-temperature fallback, or forecast fields are empty, missing, or nonnumeric, `load_branch` extracts only `weather_units` and `parameters`, and `run_branch` renders only those values; `value_cases` supplies only `None` and numeric values. The changed forecast selectors and temperature aggregation therefore never run against the affected inputs, so CI passes despite regressions.
Extend the test to render the forecast selection and temperature aggregation with empty, missing, and nonnumeric forecast fields, including low-temperature fallback cases.

**Weather fallback behavior goes undocumented**
When weather entries lack a usable low temperature or contain nonnumeric forecast values, `temp_min` falls back to the day's lowest numeric temperature, and forecast filters skip nonnumeric values, but `docs/blueprint.md` still describes only the temperature ordering. Users reading the docs don't learn these changed weather-page behaviors.
Update the weather section of `docs/blueprint.md` to explain the fallback and skipped nonnumeric forecast values.

Unverified finding
Verification ran but could not confirm this finding. It is shown for review, not as a verified issue.
Keep precipitation probability compact and omit empty-unit spacing.
When compact display is off, with_unit renders a probability as 40 %, although this field must display as 40%. An empty precipitation unit also leaves a space before " - ", producing output such as 2 - 40 %. Suppress the separator for an empty unit and for precipitation_probability; retain the configured separator for other units. Based on learnings, “precipitation_probability intentionally does NOT use units_separator.”

nspanel_easy_blueprint.yaml:10013-10022 Minor · Functional Correctness · Quick win
Preserve forecast periods before calculating temp_min.
The non-string-datetime normalization collapses all periods into one slot before temp_min applies its per-period fallback. If an earlier period has a numeric templow and a later period has only a lower numeric temperature, the later value is discarded and temp_min returns the earlier templow. Keep the normalized forecast as one entry per period, and apply the existing templow/temperature fallback to those entries.
Suggested fix
