- This pull request adds a google drive watcher component, used to automatically retrieve the report(s) from a google drive folder as they get uploaded. This means, unlike the other component, it is meant to run continuously on a server. I added a dockerfile and a setup description for this exact purpose in the readme of the watcher component.
- I also rewrote the tst_filler component in python, the sync.sh is also replace by a python main file.
