Add rock5c support

I have been using for the past month rock5a UEFI on my rock5c, most things were working fine but things like the internal wifi module wasn't appearing when booting the OS.

This changes are mostly a copy from rock5a files but with the path updated to point to rock5c device tree.

Tested on ubuntu 25.04 with v6.17 kernel and ubuntu 24.04.

I tried the release from this fork on my rock 5c lite (which is the cheaper version with no GPU), this kinda works, but im having issue with linux booting extremely slowly, and video output works only in uefi, after booting linux not. I haven't been able to check what its waiting for at boot due to no video output. Im using device tree and rockchip 6.1 kernel. I have some old debug build from https://github.com/kwankiu/edk2-rk3588 where it works normally and boots faster.

@Ph42oN kernel 6.1 is to old. My recommendation is for you to install the mainline Ubuntu 25 which comes with kernel 6.17x I think
