Automated Helm Chart updates for the yaml files. It can be merged if it looks good at any time which will automatically trigger a new release of the helm chart.

Reviewer's Guide

This PR updates the generated Helm chart by bumping Kompose annotations to v1.36.0 across all templates, refreshing all container images to the latest build tag (20250526_095855), incrementing the chart version to 10.15.0, and adding a CHOWN capability to the Collabora container.
