Why
As eScholarship superusers, we expect to be able to manage the "campus admin" role using the jSchol CMS and command line subu tool.
What
The “campus administrator” role can only be assigned by a SuperUser (eScholarship admin) in the campus unit (ucb, ucd, uci, etc).
The "campus administrator" role should be able to be assigned and unassigned using a subu command in the subu addrole [campusunit] [command] [username] format
A possible subu commands:
subu addrole ucb campusadmin user@berkeley.edu
subu removerole uci campusadmin user@uci.edu
One should be able to addrole campusadmin only for a unit that is a "campus", meaning the system should expect ucb, lbnl, anrcs, ucop but not glossapsycholinguistics
