Overview
This PR localizes Duck.ai “Ask from text selection” copy that landed in a prior feature PR: summarize/translate suggestion chips, attachment labels, selection limits, the Ask Duck.ai menu action, and word-count plurals. Those strings move out of
donottranslate.xmlinto defaultstrings-duckchat.xmland are added for manyvalues-*locales.Desktop app promotion string files get the same housekeeping in parallel: UTF-8 header/license formatting, Smartling
instructionattributes on key strings, and refreshed translations in several locales (toolbar title, body copy, etc.).No application logic changes—resource/XML only.
