GearGrafx GUI freezes at launch with custom System Card#170

When loading a custom System Card (with translation support for example), GearGrafx complains the syscard is not valid, although it actually does work.

After quitting the app then restarting it, the GUI freezes and the emulator becomes unresponsive. The workaround is to edit config.ini and remove or modify the SysCardBiosPath setting.
