I curated the changes from upstream evil-org-mode I wanted merged into Doom's fork of Evil Org mode.

Hey @hlissner, sorry for the ping but I just cleaned this PR a bit. Please review it as it fixes A LOT of of issues with the package like potential errors that were picked up by the byte compiler. |

I curated the changes from upstream evil-org-mode I wanted merged into Doom's fork of Evil Org mode. Probably the most important ones are in
evil-org-agendasince theorg-agenda-bulk-remove-all-markscommand was removed and this PR brings those keybindings up to date with Doom's keybinding conventions.
