Description
The PR adds OTel support for the Discord.Net.WebSocket package especially the
DiscordSocketClientandAudioClient. At the time the following telemetries are implemented:DiscordSocketClientAudioClientWhen I'am finished with this I will add an overview with all added meters, instruments and activities. Further instrumentation for e.g.
