Movie-api name myFlix is the server-side component of a “movies” web application.Its an REST API build using Node.js,Express.js and MongoDB. The web application will provide users with access to information about different movies, directors, and genres. Users will be able to sign up, update their personal information, create a list of their favorite movies, remove the movie from their favorite movies list and can also deregister themselves.The App is deployed on render at https://movie-api-0fqq.onrender.com/. All the endpoints details are available at documentation.html file at https://movie-api-0fqq.onrender.com/documentation.html.
- Return a list of ALL movies to the user
- Return data (description, genre, director, image URL, whether it’s featured or not) about a single movie by title to the user
- Return data about a genre (description) by name/title (e.g., “Thriller”)
- Return data about a director (bio, birth year, death year) by name

To install these project simply clone these repository on your local machine.You can refer the below link for the reference on how to clone the repository from github.

You can test the API endpoints using Postman.
Visual Studio text editor is recommended as these project was build using Visual Studio editor.
