[HALIFAX-2025] Add Discounted Ticket Info, Remove Social Buttons, and more.

This PR makes several improvements to the DevOpsDays Halifax 2025 event page:

• Added a prominent note about special discounted tickets for students and underrepresented communities, including instructions to email for a voucher.
• Removed all Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn share buttons from the 2025 Halifax event home/welcome page. Only the "Email" share button is now shown for this event.
• Renamed the "Contact" button to "Email Us" for clarity and improved user experience.
• Removed duplicate email/share button so only a single, clearly labeled "Email Us" button appears.
• Copied the 2024 Halifax background image to the 2025 event and configured it for visual consistency.
• Added all action buttons (tickets, schedule, venue info, speakers, workshop, sponsor, code of conduct, contact) to match the 2024 event.

These changes improve accessibility, inclusivity, and user experience for the 2025 Halifax event page.
