The rindexer image was quite bulky (1.09 Gb) while arak is 5x smaller and achieves the same goal.
This PR proposes using arak instead of rindexer. It only required a few modifications (cf bh2smith/arak#2) to arak.
Next up - dappnode image update.
Note that this is based on #23
