Added app mutex signature in installer (improve check on install/uninstall)
Added better uninstall handled for MSI files
Added detection if newer app installed (prevent downgrade)
Added support for space in triggers
Limited triggers input to 62 characters (should be enough for most cases)
Added option to chose Settings and Database location on first app startup (to allow full portable mode from start)
