Hi there 👋

I'm a Senior Engineer in Medical Data Engineering, working at the intersection of healthcare data, AI agents, and production data platforms.

My work focuses on:

  • Building and optimising large-scale clinical data pipelines with Python, Nextflow, SQL, Bash, Docker and AWS
  • Standardising healthcare data into OMOP CDM and FHIR, including data from HL7 v2, Epic and clinical/research datasets
  • Developing terminology and concept-mapping workflows using SNOMED CT, ICD, Athena/OHDSI and related biomedical vocabularies
  • Building LLM-powered and agentic workflows for healthcare data, including prompt engineering, tool use, evaluation and observability
  • Developing MCP servers and tools to connect AI agents with biomedical and clinical data services
  • Using Langfuse for LLM tracing, evaluation, prompt management and workflow observability
  • Designing data-quality, profiling, validation and source-to-standard transformation systems

I have a PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience and Neuroimaging, with research experience across functional MRI, structural MRI, EEG and clinical data.
