Uploading same file from 2 different sources

It would be nice, to track all the sources where we tried to upload file from.
e.g. we uploaded file from ENCODE, and then we try to upload the same file from GEO. If file exist I would like to see it's different source in the table

Possible solution is:
in bbconf, when trying to create new record of bed file, if it exists add new source, if source is not in the list of sources
