I'd like to set a parameter that allows a relaxed classification if the column 5 (score) is a positive integer vs the strict implementation from ucsc which requires the score to be 0-1000.

We are going in a different direction and will revert to having separate classifications based on if the file can be classified using a non-strict approach for the 5th column. So instead of having two separate classifications (one for strict and one for non-strict) there will only be one.
