- make relative exposure adjustments based on exposure params respect the dynamic range scaling (previously only the picker-based mechanism did that), as users complained that setting dynamic range scaling to 0% or 10% had no effect on the values set by the 'camera' icon (heuristic adjustment based on exposure settings)
- minor tooltip enhancement regarding toe/shoulder inversion
