I lead the AI Engineering & Developer Productivity practice at SHI. We help development teams adopt AI tooling in a way that holds up in production: a baseline of the delivery pipeline first, then hardening the quality gates, then the rollout in the repositories teams already have.
AI doesn't make a team better across the board. It amplifies what is already there — which is why the work starts at the path to production and not at the tool comparison.
