Important
NOT THERAPY. NO DISCLOSURE. NON-CLINICAL EDUCATION. WRH is a structured psychoeducational curriculum focused on pattern recognition, system logic, nervous-system adaptation, and practical language-building. It does not require or encourage participants to disclose personal trauma history.
What Really Happened (WRH) is a 75-session non-clinical psychoeducational curriculum developed by Capitol Contracts LLC. It teaches trauma responses, addiction patterns, freeze responses, shame cycles, executive-function disruption, avoidance, collapse, and survival behavior as predictable mechanisms rather than character flaws.
WRH is designed for recovery-support settings, veteran-support programs, reentry environments, peer-support contexts, public education partners, and institutional review settings where survival behaviors are often misread as defiance, weakness, noncompliance, or moral failure.
The curriculum does not ask participants to relive, disclose, or process trauma in a therapy-style format. It teaches observable patterns, mechanism language, interruption points, facilitator scripts, and safer replacement tools.

This repository is the master home for the What Really Happened (WRH) 75-Session Master Curriculum.
It is being used as the consolidation destination for older WRH curriculum, lecture, portal, presentation, and education-site fragments. The goal is to keep the full system organized in one clear instructional structure instead of scattered across duplicate repositories.

This curriculum is associated with Capitol Contracts LLC, but company role and certification language must remain accurate.
- William Dane Lingar is the veteran majority owner and executive control authority for Capitol Contracts LLC.
- Daniel Bret Lingar is not a veteran and should not be described as a veteran owner, SDVOSB owner, service-disabled veteran, CEO, President, or final-control authority.
- Daniel Bret Lingar may be described in non-veteran support roles such as Director of Operations, Technical Lead, Curriculum Development Support, production support, or implementation support.
- Capitol Contracts LLC has not yet applied for SDVOSB certification and should not be described as SDVOSB-certified, verified SDVOSB, approved SDVOSB, or certified veteran-owned unless certification is actually granted.
WRH translates trauma, addiction, freeze responses, shame cycles, executive-function disruption, avoidance, collapse, and survival behavior into plain-language system logic.
The central teaching frame is:
People cannot interrupt a pattern they have never been taught to see.
WRH does not ask participants to relive, disclose, or process trauma in a therapy-style format. It teaches observable patterns, mechanism language, interruption points, and safer replacement tools.
The master curriculum is organized as a 75-session sequence:
-
Part I: The System Logic Map (Sessions 1–26)
Foundational survival laws, pattern recognition, nervous-system adaptation, and plain-language mechanism framing. -
Part II: The Core Operational Journey (Sessions 27–56)
Core pilot sequence focused on mechanical loops, wiring patterns, biological programs, regulation tools, and behavioral interruption. -
Part III: Advanced System Specialization (Sessions 57–75)
Advanced pattern analysis, institutional misreadings, relapse/collapse logic, accountability, and long-term support structures. -
Part IV: Facilitator Standardization Toolkit
Delivery standards, facilitator scripts, glossary, staff tools, participant materials, and implementation support.
Part-I/ Sessions 1-26: Laws of Survival / System Logic Map
Part-II/ Sessions 27-56: Core Operational Journey / Pilot Program
Part-III/ Sessions 57-75: Advanced System Specialization
Part-IV/ Facilitator Toolkit, Staff Tools, Participant Materials, Glossary, Commercial Materials
docs/ Scope boundaries, implementation notes, architecture, quality/fidelity documentation
public-site/ Optional site assets supporting the curriculum
archive-imports/ Temporary holding area for reviewed legacy material
Capitol Contracts LLC offers access to and facilitation support for the WRH Master Curriculum as a structured, replicable, non-clinical psychoeducational program.
The curriculum is designed for behavioral health education, recovery-support settings, reentry environments, veteran-support programs, peer-support contexts, and institutional review settings where survival behaviors are often misread as defiance, weakness, noncompliance, or character failure.
- System Logic Translation: reframes survival responses as predictable patterns rather than character defects.
- Mechanism Breakdowns: teaches participants how loops form, repeat, escalate, and can be interrupted.
- Facilitator Standardization: supports consistent non-clinical delivery across settings.
- Plain-Language Education: avoids unnecessary clinical jargon while preserving serious content.
- No-Disclosure Design: participants can learn the pattern without exposing personal history.
| Service Tier | Sessions | Focus Area | Estimated Price Per Cohort (8–12 Participants) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Foundation | 26 | System Logic Map & Laws of Survival | $18,500 |
| Core | 56 | Core Operational Journey & Pilot Program | $32,000 |
| Master | 75 | Full Program & Facilitator Standardization Toolkit | $48,000 |
Pricing is a draft estimate and may vary by contract requirements, cohort size, duration, delivery model, and scope.
WRH materials are not therapy, not medical advice, not legal advice, and not a replacement for licensed clinical care.
The curriculum is designed for non-clinical education, language-building, pattern recognition, facilitator support, and implementation documentation.
