Using Image Asset in Android Studio

`@react-native-community/blur` has been upgraded to `4.4.1` in order to fix a bug where CI was not able to build the app due to missing BlurView-version-2.0.3.aar More info: Kureev/react-native-blur#641
Due to the removal of geolocation libraries we encountered some dependencies bug in the react-native-gzip library This new version should fix those issues Related PR: cozy/react-native-gzip#4
The search index are built after a replication is complete. So we want to start the replication soon enough to have the search available for the user. But it cannot be started immediatly as it can be a heavy process, especially for first replication, and it can slow down the app startup. So we delay the replication with what appears as an acceptable delay, i.e. 10s. From our experiments, we noticed a 7s startup time on a slow device with an instance including 25K+ files.
Apple now requires apps to be build using iOS18 SDK
