I closed the conda-docs issue (conda/conda-docs#965) that I originally opened to fix the link on https://docs.conda.io/en/latest/help-support.html, but now I realize I may have gone a bit too fast on that. That page isn't controlled by the theme files here, unless you were asking me to have the theme support it, @jezdez? |

Added a Zulip svg file, deleted the Element svg file, and updated the two areas in the theme that reference Element to instead reference Zulip.
